All services are provided on a professional advisory basis. Qatalyst Consulting does not guarantee specific outcomes or financial returns unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By accessing our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when engaging our services.
- Respond promptly to communications and requests for information.
- Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Keep confidential any information shared by Qatalyst Consulting, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payment Terms

- Payment terms are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may incur additional charges, interest, or suspension of services until settled.
- Qatalyst Consulting reserves the right to adjust fees for future services with prior notice.
5. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep any confidential information obtained during the engagement strictly confidential.
- Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available or legally required to be disclosed.
- This obligation remains in effect for a minimum of 3 years following the termination of services.
6. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property created by Qatalyst Consulting during the provision of services, including reports, analyses, recommendations, and other materials, remain the property of Qatalyst Consulting unless explicitly transferred in writing.
- Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials for internal purposes only.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Qatalyst Consulting provides services on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee specific results.
- Under no circumstances will Qatalyst Consulting be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility.
- Total liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.
8. Termination
- Either party may terminate services with written notice.
- Clients are responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
- Qatalyst Consulting may terminate services immediately if a client violates these Terms of Service or engages in unlawful conduct.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of [Insert Applicable Jurisdiction, e.g., Province of Ontario, Canada].
- Any disputes arising from these terms or services shall be resolved in the courts of the same jurisdiction.
