These terms govern your use of Qatalyst. By creating an account or accepting an invitation to join an organization on Qatalyst, you agree to them.
Qatalyst is a workspace for tracking time, expenses, and mileage, managing clients and projects, and issuing invoices.
New workspaces start with a 90-day free trial that includes every feature and requires no credit card. To keep using Qatalyst after the trial, you choose a paid plan at the price published on our pricing page for your team size. If we change our prices, we'll tell you directly, with reasonable notice, before the change takes effect.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Organization owners are responsible for managing who has access to their workspace and at what permission level.
You agree not to use Qatalyst to store or transmit unlawful content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to another organization's data, or to interfere with the normal operation of the service.
You own the business and client data you put into Qatalyst. We don't claim ownership of it, and we don't use it for anything beyond providing the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep Qatalyst available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may update or change features over time as we keep building based on real feedback.
You may stop using Qatalyst and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.
Qatalyst is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know directly.
