Terms of Service

Qatalyst is a workspace for tracking time, expenses, and mileage, managing clients and projects, and issuing invoices — currently available during a free early-access period described below.

Qatalyst is currently offered by invitation as part of a 90-day early-access period, free of charge and with no credit card required. Pricing for continued use after early access ends has not yet been set; we'll communicate any pricing changes directly, with reasonable notice, before they take effect.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Organization owners are responsible for managing who has access to their workspace and at what permission level.

You agree not to use Qatalyst to store or transmit unlawful content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to another organization's data, or to interfere with the normal operation of the service.

You own the business and client data you put into Qatalyst. We don't claim ownership of it, and we don't use it for anything beyond providing the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep Qatalyst available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may update or change features over time — particularly during the current early-access period, while we're actively building based on real feedback.

You may stop using Qatalyst and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.

Qatalyst is provided "as is" during early access, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know directly.
